HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Amiri decree No. 17 of 2017 ratifying an agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of financial evasion in respect of income taxes and the attached Protocol signed in Astana on 1.1.2014.The agreement shall enter the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
HH the Amir also issued decree No. 18 of 2017 ratifying cooperation agreement in the field of Law between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of Venezuela, singed in Karakas on 25.11.2015. It shall assume the power of law in accordance with article 68 of the constitution.
HH the Amir also issued decree No. 19 of 2017 ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of Youth and Sport between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of Venezuela, signed in Karakas on 25.11.2015. The MoU shall enter the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution. The three decrees are effective starting from their date of publication in the official gazette.
