HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued on Wednesday Decree No. 1 of 2017, ratifying a memorandum of understanding in the field of veterinary health and livestock production between the State of Qatar's Ministry of Municipality and Environment and Georgia's Ministry of Agriculture, which was signed in Doha on March 28, 2016, and to enter the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
HH the Amir also issued Decree No. 2 of 2017, ratifying an agreement between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Ecuador on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion regarding income tax and its annexed protocol, which were signed on October 22, 2014, and to enter the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
Additionally, HH the Amir issued Decree No. 3 of 2017, ratifying a memorandum of understanding on promoting Qatari-Chinese cooperation in building the Silk Road Economic Belt and Maritime Silk Road between Qatar's Foreign Ministry and the People's Republic of China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), which was signed in Beijing on November 3, 2014, and to enter the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
The decrees are effective starting from their date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
