His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met Tuesday at the premises of the permanent mission of the State of Qatar to the United Nations in New York with HE Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, Paolo Gentiloni, on the sidelines of the 72nd session of the U.N. General Assembly.
The meeting reviewed bilateral ties between the two countries and means of developing them, in addition to exchanging views on the different political developments internationally as well as the latest developments in the Middle East region, particularly the situation in Libya.
