HH The Amir Issues Two Decrees

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued on Monday Decree No. 11 of 2018, ratifying a memorandum of understanding (MoU) cooperating in the education, higher education and scientific research fields between the governments of the State of Qatar and Republic of Somalia, which was signed in Doha, on Mar. 18, 2015, annexed to this decree and to have the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH The Amir also issued Decree No. 13 of 2018, ratifying a twinning agreement between Doha Municipality and Bishkek Municipality, which was signed in Doha on Dec. 8, 2014, annexed to this decree and to have the force of law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.

The two decrees are effective starting from their date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
