HH The Amir Attends Qatar Exxonmobil Open Matches

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani attended matches of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open which is being organised by the Qatar Tennis Federation at the Khalifa International Tennis Complex until January 10.

HH The Amir attended a match between world number one Serbian player Novak Djokovic, participating in the tournament for the first time, and fellow countryman Dusan Ajovi. Djokovic beat Lajovic 6-2, 6-1 and qualified for the second round.

HH The Amir also attended a match between world number three Rafael Nadal, the defending champion, and Michael Berrer of Germany, ranked 127th in the world. The German scored a 1-6, 6-3, 6-4 victory against the defending champion.
