HH The Amir Issues Law Promulgating Public Prosecution Law

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued today Law No. 9 of 2023, promulgating the Public Prosecution Law.

The law is effective and is to be published in the official gazette.
