HH The Amir Issues Decree Ratifying Protocol Amending Agreement between Qatar and Azerbaijan

His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued today the Decree No. 1 of 2019 ratifying a protocol amending certain provisions of the agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on exempting nationals of the two Sates, who hold diplomatic and private passports, from entry visa requirements, signed in Baku on 8/3/2016. Its text is enclosed to this Decree and it shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.

The law is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
