His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a written message from President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them.
The message was handed over to HE Assistant Foreign Minister for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, during a meeting with HE Uganda's Ambassador to Qatar Dr Rashid Yahya Ssemuddu.
