His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a written message to HH The Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, dealing with fraternal ties between the two countries, as well as the latest regional and international developments.
The message was handed over by HE Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohmmaed Al Attiyah during an audience with the Amir of Kuwait today.
