His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Monday a cable of condolences to HE President of the United Republic of Tanzania Dr. John Pombe Joseph Magufuli on the death of the country's former president Benjamin William Mkapa.
