His Highness The Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani sent on Tuesday a cable of condolences to HE President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Dr. Mohammed Ashraf Ghani on the death of HE Ambassador of Afghanistan to the State of Qatar Abdul Hakim Dalili.
