HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued an instrument of ratification endorsing a draft memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of culture between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Azerbaijan, which was signed in Doha on Feb. 27, 2017.
