HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued an instrument of ratification endorsing a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of residency and expatriate affairs (foreigners) between the State of Qatar's Ministry of Interior and the United Arab Emirates' Ministry of Interior, which was signed in Doha on February 26, 2017.
