His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued on Sunday the Amiri Decision No. 68 of 2021, appointing the Board of Directors of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority.
The decision stipulated that the Board of Directors of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority will be appointed under the chairmanship of HE Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Thani, and Yahya Saeed Al Jafali Al Nuaimi as Vice-Chairman, and the membership of Sheikh Khalid bin Saud bin Fahad Al-Thani, Abdulrahman Mohammed Yousuf Jolo, Michael Rayan, Dr. Khalid Nasser Al Khater, and Dr. Mohammed Abdulaziz Saleh Al Khulaifi.
The decision is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
