His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani left on Tuesday evening the Republic of Singapore, after a two-day state visit, heading to the Republic of Indonesia.
HH The Amir and the accompanying delegation were seen off upon departure at Singapore Changi Airport by HE Singapore's Minister of National Development Lawrence Wong, HE Qatar's Ambassador to Singapore Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al Hammer, HE Singapore's Ambassador to Qatar Jai Sohan Singh and staff of the Qatari Embassy in Singapore.
HH The Amir sent cables to HE President of the Republic of Singapore Halimah Yacob and HE Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong, expressing thanks and appreciation for the warm welcome accorded to him and the accompanying delegation during the visit, which provided an opportunity to exchange views on issues of mutual interest and ways to strengthen the deep friendly relations and strong cooperation between the two countries in various fields for the good and interest of two peoples, wishing HE the President and HE the Prime Minister health and happiness, and to the friendly people of Singapore further progress and prosperity.
