Dear brothers Chairman and members of The Constitution Drafting Committee,

      Thank God who enabled us to realize our aim by drafting a permanent constitution for the country that lays down the main pillars of the society, regulates the authorities of the State, embodies the public participation, guarantees the rights and freedoms of our citizens, and that is based on the tenets of our true Islamic religion and the heritage of our forefathers and whose provisions reflect the civilized notion of our affiliation in which we take pride.

      Thank you dear brothers for the sincere efforts you exerted to accomplish this constitution, praying to The Almighty God that it will bring benefit to our country, our people and our coming generations.

      Upon our God we depend, to Him we submit and by Him our destiny is set.
