The Functions:-

  1. Follow up the media flow such as news or reports which cover local, regional and international affairs and submit them to the Chief of Amiri Diwan.

  2. Drafting the announcements and statements issued from the Amiri Diwan.

  3. Drafting cables and congratulation cards sent by H.H. The Amir to the heads of states on different occasions.

  4. Photographing the occasions and ceremonies and keeping a special archive record of the photos, films and cassettes.

  5. Pursuing what is published in studies and research centers. Summarizing and commenting on the most important topics.

  6. Preparing studies & researches required by the Chief of Amiri Diwan.

  7. Summarizing the reports and studies received by the Amiri Diwan.

  8. Review books, articles and pamphlets referred to it.

  9. Any other matters required by The Chief of Amiri Diwan.
